Welcome to StickerCombo.gg (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

• To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Site.
• To use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Site or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
• To use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site.
• To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4.1 Placing Orders

By placing an order through the Site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

4.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

If you already subscribed to a plan, the price you paid for the subscription will remain the same for the duration of the subscription (until you cancel it, or in case of account termination).

5. Plan Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription you can cancel it at any time and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased through the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

Some of the content on the Site is owned by third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, stickers that are used for combos, trademarks, logos, and service marks. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content.

All other content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quassum MB and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Site may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by StickerCombo.gg. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StickerCombo.gg or Quassum MB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StickerCombo.gg and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Site.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension of your access to the Site.

Upon termination your subscription will be canceled and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania and European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you are a registered user of the Site, we will notify you of any changes to these Terms via email or through the Site. If you are not a registered user, we will post the changes here. You can see the last updated date at the bottom of this page.
